Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds often take additional processing time

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@everbrightfinds.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
